Flowright Metering Systems Ltd can offer you the full solution ensuring that you're purchased instruments are installed and operating correctly. We can also arrange for instruments to be pre-configured to meet your specific application requirements.
Repairs and Replacements
We will process returning or the replacement of instruments to the manufacturer under warranty on the customer's behalf, offer technical advice and carry out the necessary testing and analysis. We stock a wide range of instruments and spare parts usually enabling us to promptly offer a solution.
Re-calibration of instruments
We assist with returning instruments to the manufacturer on the customer's behalf for re-calibration. Siemens calibration is conducted at Siemens flow facilities with traceable instruments referring directly to the physical unit of measurement according to the International System of Units (SI). Therefore, the calibration certificate ensures recognition of the test results worldwide, including the US (NIST traceability). Siemens offers accredited calibrations assured to ISO 17025 in the flow range from 0.0001m3/h to 10,000m3/h. Siemens Flow Instruments accredited laboratories are recognized by ILAC MRA (International Laboratory Accreditation Corporation - Mutual Recognition Arrangement) ensuring international traceability and recognition of the test results worldwide.

The SITRANS F M Verificator carries out a complex verification and performance check, the Verificator checks the general operation conditions of the flowmeter but also that the flowmeter is within specification including the sensor's magnetic integrity. A certificate is issued as proof of verification detailing the meter parameters with a full verification report to confirm meter performance according to quality standard ISO 9001 and management standard ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 17025, the system is traceable to international standards and tested by WRc (Water Research Council).
